Kunu Kaushal

Founder & CEO

Kunu Kaushal, founder and CEO of Senior Solutions Home Care; founder of Independent Home Care Alliance (IHCA); and past President of the Tennessee Association for Home Care (TAHC), was named a 2020 Future Leader by Home Health Care News. Kunu is one of the leading influencers in the long-term care/healthcare space. He studied business management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and proceeded to work in multiple healthcare fields focused on the highest quality of care. Passionate about impacting the healthcare space, Kunu founding a senior care agency was a natural fit. With the motivation of helping his grandparents as his first clients, Kunu started Senior Solutions Home Care in 2010. Today the company provides in-home care, nutritional support, and transportation services to the entire state out of multiple offices. In his free time, Kunu enjoys family time with his wife Jill and their three daughters. As an eternal scholar, you’ll often find Kunu researching or learning more about the art of entrepreneurship.

Robert Leaman

Culture & Communications Manager

With a degree in Religious Studies from University of the Incarnate Word, Robert began his career as a recruiter approximately two decades ago. He also earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. He has a passion for helping people and placing them in positions where they can flourish and grow. Being a mentor and helping people not only reach but achieve their goals. He is also an advocate for oneness and love, peace and understanding, and equality and inclusivity. Robert states that when you find a career that parallels your calling in life, hold onto it with white-knuckles and don’t let it go. Be humble and true and follow your passions! Today, Robert acts as the Executive Performance Facilitator and Speaker for the Independent Home Care Alliance paving the way for health care leaders to grow across the nation. He also works closely with Senior Solutions Home Care as the Cultural Immersion Facilitator. Robert believes culture within an organization creates strong leadership and growth.
